Salary will be determined by basing on the company rules and considering the job experience, ability, and the salary of the previous job.
Evaluation / rewards
Half-period target management system (set up target at the start of each period and evaluate the target achievement at the end of the period).
Annual salary revised according to the evaluation.

9:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. (flexible working hours applicable depending on job type)
Holidays and vacations
- Weekends (Saturday and Sunday), national holidays
- Summer vacation (three days between July 1 and November 30)
